Mesh Sides Help

Class to build the sides of the current surface mesh.

The minimum value, or the maximum value, or another value relating to the altitude values determines the height (along the Z axis) of the base of the representation.

Note that this has no effect if it is applied on a 2D mesh without altitudes.
